Complete converting lines are usually custom machines designed for a specific application, considering the building restrictions of a particular customer. It is unlikely that complete converting lines would be built in the same way for two different customers.

Pyradia is proud of the complete converting lines we have created in the past. We’ve built many different types of web converting machines; PSA lines, Modular line, Pilot lines with multiple coaters, Knife-over-roll lines, Gravure lines and heat-treating lines, to name a few. If you need it, there is a good chance we can build it.

Our customers specialize in their products, and Pyradia specializes in web converting; to make the best machines, a close collaboration with our customers is essential. We believe that our high customer satisfaction is due to our throughout understanding customer needs.

PSA COATING LINE

Water base PSA coating line operates up to 1200 FPM and is equipped with fully automatic turrets.

MODULAR PILOT COATING LINES (INCLUDES 3 TYPES OF COATER)

24” Modular Pilot coating line for water-based PSA’s; including automatic gap KOR; Mayer rod and Direct / offset Gravure coating configurations. Operates at 100 FPM.
