The Codere System 250 manufactured and installed by Pyradia in North America is a great addition to our lines of heat treating furnaces.

The system 250 is a modular bell-furnace with stations separated functionally and a direct quenching transfer. The quench transfer system for loading from the furnace to the tank is carried out by simply sliding the load without any hooking mechanism and the furnace-quench tank transfer time is less than 15 seconds. This system is particularly suitable for production of parts in medium and small production runs requiring flexibility of heat treatment parameters (temperature and atmosphere).
