The web converting division of Pyradia is keeping busy with 2 new local projects for turret winders won last week:

• First a single position unwind and cantilevered shafted two-position center-driven turret winder system for a leading Canadian manufacturer of packaging material. The equipment will accommodate web widths of 24, 30 and 40 inches and include a fully automatic, pneumatically operated, PLC initiated, cut & transfer system to allow continuous operation as well as a NEMA 12 control panel.

• The second winding equipment is another shafted, two-position center-driven turret winder, this time for a large Canadian manufacturer of commercial roofing products, handling 36 to 56 inches wide web material. More about Pyradia Turret Winders.
